Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for an experienced Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to join our visionary team.
In this key role, you will oversee the operational readiness for our groundbreaking projects, ensuring that each aspect is meticulously planned and executed to deliver unparalleled experiences in the entertainment and cultural sectors.
Your leadership will be crucial in aligning operational capabilities with our ambitious project goals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness strategies that align with the company's vision and project objectives.
Collaborate with various teams including project management, engineering, and marketing to ensure that operational requirements are integrated into every phase of project development.
Conduct thorough evaluations of operational readiness, pinpointing areas for improvement and devising strategies to address potential challenges before project launch.
Design and lead training initiatives to prepare staff for seamless operational execution, ensuring alignment with established best practices.
Establish and track performance metrics tied to operational readiness, presenting reports and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
Proactively identify risks associated with operational readiness and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
Advocate for a customer-centric approach in all operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
Comprehensive benefits package ·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is highly valued.
·       At least 8 years of relevant experience in operational management or readiness, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale project environment.
·       Proven track record of successfully developing and executing operational strategies that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
·       Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-departmental teams to achieve common goals.
·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on producing data-driven results.
·       Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
·       Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs tailored for operational staff.
·       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
·       Knowledge of the cultural and regulatory context in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
