Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Performance Marketing Manager I at Avnzor.
This role is focused on driving measurable revenue growth through paid media and performance channels, with strong emphasis on app installs, customer acquisition, and ROAS optimization.
You will be responsible for:
Managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat and other performance platforms Driving app installs and optimizing in-app purchase conversion Managing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) Scaling campaigns across 60,000+ SKU catalog Implementing full-funnel acquisition strategy (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention) Optimizing product feed and dynamic catalog campaigns Managing budget allocation and channel mix strategy Running A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation Improving attribution accuracy and tracking (GA4, Apps Flyer, Firebase) Aligning campaigns with promotions, launches, and commercial calendar
This is not a “boost post” role — this is a revenue ownership role tied directly to growth targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing high-budget performance campaigns Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Experience with app install campaigns and mobile attribution tools Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, AOV, CVR) Experience working with large product catalogs and dynamic ads Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Experience in scaling DTC or ecommerce brands preferred Knowledge of Saudi/GCC market preferred Strong reporting and dashboard-building capability Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
