Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging potential clients, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting suitable products or services. Other responsibilities include negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, maintaining client records, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, the Salesperson will represent the company in a professional manner and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in problem-solving, active listening, and identifying client needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in a similar sales role is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry is beneficial
