About the Role We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Bilingual Social Media Account Manager (English & Arabic) to join our Riyadh office and lead the execution of strategic social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns, building strong client relationships, and delivering creative strategies that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth within the Saudi market. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing day-to-day communication and deliverables. Understand client business objectives, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable social media strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Social Media Planning & Execution Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Ensure timely publishing across all platforms. Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and respond to inquiries professionally. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual and written content. Content Creation & Coordination Work closely with content and design teams to create and schedule engaging content tailored to the Saudi audience. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across platforms. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Use data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content for integrated campaign execution. Liaise with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders when required.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing or strategy are an advantage. Experience Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Experience with retail, lifestyle, F&B, or consumer-focused brands is preferred. Proven experience managing client accounts and stakeholder relationships. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and client-facing abilities. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Analytical Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
