The Job Summary The Parts Manager is responsible for managing Stellantis parts operation ensuring a seamless flow of vehicle parts; managing all aspects of parts operations, including procurement, inventory management, and sales; providing guidance and support on parts-related matters to customers, dealers, and internal teams; and hence contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Implement efficient stocking methods and reorder points to maintain a balanced inventory that reduces holding costs without risking stock outs. Coordinate with supply chain managers to streamline parts delivery processes, enhancing the speed and accuracy of inventory replenishment. Develop periodic inventory reports that provide insights into stock movement, usage trends, and forecasting accuracy, facilitating strategic inventory decisions. Engage with sales and service teams to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal fluctuations, ensuring parts availability aligns with projected sales drives. Ensure a seamless flow of genuine Stellantis parts (Mopar for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; MOPAR for Fiat, Alfa Romeo) to dealerships and their customers.2Parts Identification & Cataloguing Utilize Stellantis’s proprietary parts database to accurately identify and categorize parts, ensuring compatibility with specific vehicle models and configurations. Train other team members on navigating and using the parts catalogue efficiently to minimize errors in parts selection and ordering. Develop easy-to-use guides and reference materials for less experienced staff to help identify parts quickly and accurately. Showcase expertise related to Stellantis genuine parts (Mopar for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; MOPAR for Fiat, Alfa Romeo) and their applications across various vehicle models in order to efficiently manage parts inventory, ensuring the right parts are readily available to meet dealership and customer needs.3Sales Support & Customer Engagement Provide expert advice to customers and service technicians on parts selection, including compatibility, advantages, and cost-benefit analysis. Develop sales strategies to promote parts and accessories to customers, dealerships, and service centers of Stellantis. Maintain excellent communication with dealership service teams, parts departments, and Stellantis engineering teams Handle customer inquiries related to parts specifications, availability, and usage, ensuring clear and informative responses that enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers in understanding the benefits of using OEM parts over aftermarket alternatives, emphasizing quality, warranty coverage, and long-term value. Initiate follow-up communications with customers to ensure parts satisfaction and to gather feedback for service improvements.4Networking & Supplier Relationships Establish and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of high-quality parts at competitive prices. Negotiate favourable pricing and delivery terms with parts suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective parts acquisition.5KPIs Development & Performance Attribution Develop and implement a comprehensive set of KPIs that accurately measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability of the parts management affairs Ensure the chosen KPIs align with the overall company objectives and customer satisfaction goals and regularly review and refine the established KPIs to ensure they remain relevant and effectively measure program performance in the evolving automotive landscape.
