We are seeking a skilled and creative Instructional Designer and Voice-Over Artist to design, record, and deliver high-quality educational audio content. This role focuses on transforming instructional materials into engaging, clear, and effective audio learning experiences that support organizational training and knowledge initiatives. The position requires professional voice delivery with excellent control of both Arabic and English accents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness across learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop instructional audio content aligned with learning objectives and curriculum requirements. Record high-quality voice-over narration for educational and training materials in Arabic and English. Ensure accurate pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity appropriate for educational audiences. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content teams to refine learning materials. Review, edit, and quality-check audio recordings to meet technical and linguistic standards. Apply instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Maintain consistency in voice style, terminology, and instructional tone across all content. Support the production and deployment of audio content across development, testing, and production learning environments. Manage audio files, naming conventions, and documentation according to organizational standards. Continuously improve audio delivery techniques based on feedback and learning outcomes.
Qualifications:Proven experience in instructional design and/or professional voice-over recording. Fluency in Arabic and English with strong accent control in both languages. Clear voice, strong articulation, and professional narration skills. Experience recording educational or training content is highly preferred. Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple content deliverables. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
