About the Role

They need an Risk Manager to identify, assess, and manage project and organizational risks throughout the lifecycle of pipeline construction projects, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.

Responsibilities

Risk Assessment: Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments across project phases. Risk Mitigation Planning: Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain risk registers, perform trend analysis, and prepare risk dashboards. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with project teams to embed risk management practices across departments.

Working Environment: Office and site-based. Degree of Physical Risk: Low risk.
Job Specifications

Industry / Domain: Construction.
Necessary Knowledge & Experience

8+ years in project or enterprise risk management. Deep knowledge of ISO 31000 or PMI risk frameworks.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Risk Management. PMI-RMP, ISO 31000 Certified, or equivalent preferred.
Technical Skills

Expertise in risk tools (Primavera Risk, @Risk, ARM). Strong analytical, reporting, and facilitation skills.
