Job Title Relationship Managers Supervisor Job Summary The Relationship Managers Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. The role ensures effective team performance, high stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Relationship Managers. Ensure the team delivers excellent relationship management with stakeholders and clients. Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and provide regular feedback. Support the team in resolving complex client or stakeholder issues. Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Communications, Operations) to ensure smooth service delivery. Develop strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement and client retention. Prepare reports on team performance and relationship outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in relationship management Proven experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders or clients. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
