Job Details

Help AG is looking for an experienced Sales Director - KSA who will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening the company’s cybersecurity leadership across strategic sectors in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees a high-performing team of Business Development Managers and drives end-to-end commercial execution across enterprise and government accounts.


The Sales Director will engage C-level stakeholders, champion large cybersecurity transformation programs, ensure governance discipline, and lead the commercial strategy aligned with KSA market dynamics, regulatory frameworks (e.g., NCA, SAMA, CITC), and Vision 2030 initiatives.


This is a leadership role requiring deep knowledge of cybersecurity, the KSA enterprise/Gov ecosystem, and a strong track record in leading sales organizations within high-growth environments.



Responsibilities



1- Revenue, Growth & Margin Accountability


  • Own and deliver annual bookings, revenue, and GM targets for the KSA region.


  • Build, manage, and govern a predictable sales pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.


  • Lead strategic pursuits, including multi-year managed security services, consulting, cloud security, and cybersecurity transformation programs.


  • Optimize deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring margin protection.


2-Leadership & Team Management


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers covering enterprise and public sector accounts.


  • Set quotas, performance KPIs, and development plans aligned to regional strategy.


  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, customer obsession, and execution excellence.


  • Attract, hire, and retain top Saudi and expatriate sales talent in line with Saudization requirements.



3- KSA Market, Sector & Partner Alignment


  • Drive sector-specific GTM strategies for key KSA verticals: Government, BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Defense, Healthcare, Aviation, Retail, and Telecom.


  • Align with local ecosystem partners including: hyperscalers, telecom operators, local distributors, and global cybersecurity vendors.


  • Build joint value propositions and co-selling motions that resonate with KSA regulatory requirements (NCA, SAMA CSF, ECC, PDPL).


  • Represent the company in QBRs, partner meetings, and large regional cybersecurity events.


4-Governance, Reporting & Sales Operations


  • Ensure strong sales governance, including:


    o Pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy


    o Forecasting discipline


    o Deal approval and qualification governance


    o Pricing and margin controls


  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales updates to regional leadership.


  • Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory and procurement frameworks.


5-Customer & Market Engagement


  • Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Procurement Directors, and Government Authorities.


  • Position the company as the preferred cybersecurity partner through executive engagements, workshops, and advisory discussions.


  • Understand local market trends, regulatory roadmaps, and sector-specific cybersecurity challenges.


  • Promote thought leadership and represent the company in the Saudi cybersecurity ecosystem.


6- Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with:


    o Solutions Architecture & Pre-Sales


    o MSS/SOC Teams


    o Service Delivery


    o Consulting, Marketing, & Vendor Management


  • Ensure cohesive customer engagement and smooth delivery of large programs.


  • Provide market feedback to influence product, service, and portfolio evolution specifically for KSA.


Key KPIs


  • Achievement of revenue, bookings, and gross margin targets.


  • Sales team quota attainment and productivity.


  • Qualified pipeline coverage (3-4x bookings target).


  • Forecast accuracy and governance adherence.


  • Number of large strategic wins and multi-year cybersecurity programs.


  • Growth in KSA market share and penetration across key verticals.


  • Customer satisfaction and retention.


  • Strength of vendor and ecosystem partnerships.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise/strategic sales, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role within cybersecurity or technology services.


  • Proven success in owning and delivering multi-million-riyal sales targets in KSA.


  • Strong network and proven sales experience with KSA enterprise and government sectors.


  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, MSS, cloud security, and consulting services.


  • Knowledge of KSA regulatory frameworks such as NCA ECC/CSCC/CCC, SAMA CSF, PDPL, CITC Cloud Regulations, etc.


  • Experience working with global vendors, hyperscalers, or large SIs is an advantage.


  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and C-suite relationship management capabilities.
