Job Description
As the Head of Project Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Cityscape Global. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Act as a key decision-maker, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Portfolio Management and Oversight
Track performance across projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Project Planning and Execution
Oversee the planning and execution of experiential event features, including roundtables, activations, and government-supported initiatives.
Risk Management and Reporting
Identify, track, and mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
Budget and Resource Management
Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring financial discipline and cost control.
Event Delivery Excellence
Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver seamless and impactful events.
Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring the needs of exhibitors, attendees, and partners are prioritized throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management within live events, exhibitions, experiential, or consumer-focused industries.
Strong expertise in resource and finance management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning mechanisms.
