Drive Business Development, Marketing & Sales:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a local basis, combining the portfolio offering to formulate and design a winning solution offering.
- Determine plans for implementation and driving demand generation with a value based selling approach.
- Build a partner network of OEMs and installers/service partners, maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and ensure and prove value delivery to the customer.
- Take ownership of a defined focus vertical industry across the EMEA Region, formulate and roll-out a segment strategy, growth plan and sales play book in close collaboration with the EMEA Sales team and Marketing.
- Sub-region Sales Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute local sales, go-to-market, and strategic business development initiatives in alignment with the EMEA Regional Sales strategy.
- Sales Targets: Drive and ensure the achievement of sales targets, proactively identifying and addressing performance shortfalls, and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Business Plans: Create and implement annual market development plans tailored to the country's market needs, in collaboration with the relevant OEM/partner landscape.
- Analysis: Conduct market analysis and develop appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to formulate country plans with focused segments, solutions, and channels/partners.
- Training: Enhance sales efficiency by ensuring comprehensive knowledge of methods and solutions (both technical and sales).
Qualifications:
- Educated to Bachelor degree in (electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, MBA) or equivalent degree level
- At least 10 years of experience in driving Business Development, Sales, Technical Product Marketing, Product Management.
- At least 5 years’ regional experience in KSA in a similar position
Skills:
- Possess previous experience in technical/commercial sales and marketing within industrial markets in the Middle East -KSA region, ideally in the electrification/power distribution systems space.
- Have a background in Heavy Industries and/or Critical Infrastructure sectors such as Logistic Centers, New Energies, Data Centers, Airports, and Hospitals.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Be a critical thinker who identifies areas for improvement in both personal and adjacent functional areas.
- Be tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideally HubSpot.
- Understands and able to read single line diagrams
- Familiar with electrical MV, LV equipment
- Understands various electrical terminologies in building, factories and plant set up.
