Account Manager / Partner Success Manager
Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Type: Full-time About the Engagement Talentspace is supporting a key client through a managed service engagement for a growing digital platform within the beauty and creative services industry. The project is in an active build and execution phase and requires strong relationship and operations support to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination with service providers and long-term partner success on the platform. This role focuses on partner management, coordination, and engagement, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service providers are supported, operational issues are resolved, and overall partner performance and satisfaction are maintained at a high level. Role Purpose The Account Manager / Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing relationships with service providers on the platform and ensuring their success, performance, and long-term engagement. This role plays a critical part in maintaining partner satisfaction, resolving operational challenges, and acting as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams. Key Responsibilities• Manage and support assigned service providers on the platform• Act as the primary point of contact for partners’ operational needs• Resolve partner-related issues and coordinate with internal teams when required• Monitor partner performance and service quality• Provide feedback, guidance, and support to improve partner performance• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners• Improve partner experience, engagement, and retention• Ensure clear communication and follow-up on all partner matters Mandatory Requirements• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively
