Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Production Line Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the production line to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, adherence to safety standards, and continuous process improvement.
key responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency, quality, and optimal workforce allocation. Plan and organize production schedules to meet demand while maintaining product quality standards. Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications; address production or quality issues promptly. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and track key performance indicators. Lead, coach, and train production staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and skill development. Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, quality, and engineering departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational health standards; conduct regular risk assessments.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing production lines in industrial manufacturing Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of quality standards, productivity, and process improvement (Lean Manufacturing). Knowledge of the tools and industrial equipment market in the Kingdom is an advantage Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
