Job Summary Managing and organizing the process of searching for government, semi-government, and private sector (corporate) tenders; studying and analyzing tender requirements; overseeing the preparation of technical and financial proposals; and preparing specialized documents and reports related to announced tenders, in coordination with internal departments, to ensure that submissions comply with applicable standards and regulations and to guarantee the submission of the most competitive bids that meet the requirements of the awarding entities.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Management (Business Administration or Marketing) or equivalent.3–5 years of experience in government, semi-government, and private sector (corporate) tenders. Prior experience in one or more of the following roles: Tenders Specialist, Procurement Manager, Contracts Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Specialist. In-depth knowledge of government, semi-government, and private sector (corporate) tendering and contracting procedures. Proven ability to prepare and evaluate competitive technical and financial proposals. Good understanding of commercial law and related regulations. Experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Strong negotiation skills with government, semi-government, and private sector (corporate) entities. Ability to analyze market trends and monitor competitors to support tender decision-making.
Responsibilities:Monitoring platforms and electronic portals announcing government, semi-government, and private sector (corporate) tenders, and analyzing their terms and requirements. Continuously identifying and analyzing tenders aligned with the company’s activities and preparing the required submission documents. Coordinating the tender submission process from start to finish, including preparation of technical and financial proposals and final submission. Preparing, reviewing, and compiling all required tender documents to ensure accuracy and full compliance with tender requirements. Coordinating with internal departments (technical, financial, and legal) to ensure integrated and compliant bid preparation. Coordinating with the finance department to obtain required bid bonds, bank guarantees, and related certifications. Negotiating with government, semi-government, and private sector (corporate) entities when required to secure optimal terms and conditions. Ensuring all tendering activities comply with applicable regulations, laws, and standards. Maintaining an updated database of current and past tenders and related documentation. Analyzing previous tender performance and market trends, including competitor activities, to improve success rates. Preparing periodic reports for management on tender status and bid effectiveness. Following up with clients after bid submission. Performing any other related duties within the scope of work as assigned.
