  • Manage and administer all contractual aspects of infrastructure and residential construction projects
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
  • Handle claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC and local contractual regulations
  • Coordinate with project, commercial, legal, and procurement teams
  • Monitor contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
  • Support management in contract-related decision-making and reporting

Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Strong background in infrastructure and residential construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi construction practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred
