We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, high-profile mega events. This role requires full ownership of the project lifecycle, strong leadership, and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the project end-to-end from planning to final delivery

* Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones

* Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, production, logistics, vendors)

* Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across all parties

* Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage last-minute changes effectively

* Control budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency

* Provide clear progress updates and executive-level reporting

* Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with objectives and expectations

* Maintain strong on-ground presence during critical phases of execution

Requirements

* 7-10+ years of experience in managing large-scale or complex projects

* Proven experience in mega events, large activations, or time-critical projects

* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent stakeholder and team management capabilities

* Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
