 Job brief:

The Regional Sales Manager serves as a pivotal strategic leader responsible for overseeing and driving comprehensive sales performance within a designated geographic region for Blooming stores. The primary purpose of this role is to maximize regional profitability and brand presence by implementing sophisticated sales strategies, coordinating high-level marketing efforts, and ensuring a premium, consistent customer experience across multiple retail locations.

  • Team Leadership and Performance Management:
  • Regional Mentorship: Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and their respective store teams to ensure optimal and consistent performance across the entire region.
  • Executive Coaching: Oversee formal performance reviews and provide high-level coaching to develop the regional leadership pipeline and professional talent.
  • Culture & Motivation: Drive a positive regional culture and maintain high levels of motivation to ensure all team members are synchronized with corporate objectives.
  • Alignment: Ensure that regional leadership strategies are translated into actionable goals at the stores level.
  • Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
  • Stores Traffic Generation: Coordinate the regional implementation of promotional events and marketing activities designed to maximize stores traffic and brand engagement.
  • Ensuring the perfect customers Experience: Oversee multifaceted store operations to ensure peak day-to-day efficiency, providing a premium and seamless environment for the customer.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure that new stores meet all brand standards from day one, guaranteeing a high-quality first impression for customers in new markets.


  • Sales and Financial Management:
  • Strategic Target Setting: Set and manage ambitious sales targets for each geographic area and individual store within the region to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Data Analytics: Analyze complex sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement high-impact corrective actions.
  • P&L Management: Directly manage regional Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, monitoring operational expenses to ensure strict alignment with budget targets.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide detailed, data-driven reports to the Head of Department regarding regional sales performance, financial health, and market dynamics.

 

  • Implementation of Standards and Compliance Controls:
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure full regional compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations through the implementation of rigorous audit schedules.
  • Inventory & Merchandising Standards: Maintain regional standards for inventory levels, visual merchandising (VM), and stock replenishment to support sales velocity and brand integrity.
  • Store Development Oversight: Provide strategic support for the launch of new showrooms, ensuring they are fully operational and compliant with technical requirements.
  • Quality Auditing: Use store visits and audits to verify that all locations are operating at peak efficiency and adhering to the brand standard.
