Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, colleagues, and revenue. It is a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF).

The mission of the Tahaluf Academy is to empower, engage, and educate future talent in events management within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We accomplish this through the Tahaluf Graduate Development Programme and by creating world-class technical events training curriculam for our internal and external stakeholders.



Job Description

The Tahaluf Graduate Development Programme is an immersive and experiential one year training opportunity to work with the organization’s most iconic brands.


We are looking for highly talented and motivated Saudi nationals, who are interested in developing a new and exciting career within the events industry. 


We are committed to ensuring that our graduate development programme enables participants to grow professionally and individually.


If you are a recent graduate who naturally excels at communicating and problem-solving, and who enjoys working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, this is the role for you. 


Successful applicants will:


  • Take part in an immersive and structured development programme.
  • Join a specific portfolio and event team and learn how the team delivers an end-to-end event cycle with hands-on experience in four rotations:
    • Marketing
    • Content & Production
    • Sales
    • Operations
  • Take part in structured learning interventions and training
  • Be provided dedicated support and mentorship by the Academy
  • Receive a very competitive monthly salary of 10,000 SAR plus benefits

Key responsibilities:


  • Actively participating in and positively contributing to each function you are assigned to, as well as each step of the programme
  • Fully attending all activities, including induction and your four rotations
  • Providing support to the event team as needed, keeping in mind a ‘team player’ mentality
  • Taking an active role in all learning activities across the programme

Qualifications

The Tahaluf Graduate Development programme is open to fresh/or recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree (no specific academic major is required). The programme will be in English, so you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and have at least a 3.3 GPA upon your graduation.


To be considered you must be:


  • Saudi national
  • A recent or final year graduate with a bachelor's degree from a university recognised by the Ministry of Education in K.S.A
  • On track to achieve (or have achieved) a minimum 3.3 GPA
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English

Start Date: August 9 2026


For your application to be considered, you must have completed both the application and the online assessment.  You will receive the online assessment link once you submit your application.


Applications will close on March 8 2026.  If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Day in Riyadh, on April 29 2026.
