ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting testing and quality assurance activities for procurement-related systems, while working with governmental entities and internal project teams. This role requires hands-on testing experience, the ability to prepare and execute test cases, and ensure system quality against business and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate test documentation and reports.
- Ensure testing activities align with public sector standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support test automation activities where applicable, including tools such as Tosca.
RequirementsEducation / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Testing role.
- Hands-on experience in software testing, including test case preparation and execution.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and related business workflows.
- Experience using JIRA or similar defect tracking and test management tools is a plus.
- Experience in the public sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP MM, or SAP SRM is a plus.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, particularly Tosca, is a plus.
