ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering
business requirements and documentation activities for procurement-related
initiatives, while engaging with governmental entities. This role requires
strong analytical skills, the ability to contribute to requirements gathering
sessions, and translate business needs into clear documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for procurement-related initiatives.
- Participate and support requirements gathering by meeting with governmental entities and internal stakeholders.
- Support analysis of procurement processes in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Review, validate, and maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with public sector standards, policies, and processes.
RequirementsEducation / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience- 3–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and related business workflows.
- Experience in the public sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or SAP SRM is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or SAP Activate framework is a plus.
