• Receive Shipment Intimation/Plan from Receiving specialist and arrange resources for shipment inbound and offloading

• Supervise Tuck docking and fill the quality sheet accurately with shipment details

• Collect and check data loggers from the trucks for any temperature excursions

• Ensure the shipment is segregated on floor and checked against the documents

• Report and update in case of damages, losses or discrepancies in the shipment and escalate details to supervisor for raising NC/GOPE

• Report & update temperature excursions of inbound shipments, in coordination with inbound supervisor

• Train and coach new and existing staff on procedures, standards and Work instructions

• Record and maintain Productivity sheet for each activity including 0ff-loading, segregation, data logger checking, documents vs physical checking and other movements across the warehouse

• Perform RMA Physically in coordination with Fulfilment Team and update records

• Ensuring Safety & 5S standards are followed on shop floor in all streams of operations
