We are seeking a Draftsman to support project development teams by producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings in line with approved designs, standards, and project requirements. Reporting to the Design Portfolio Manager, this role plays a key part in translating engineering concepts into clear, detailed drawings that support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings based on approved designs and specifications. Develop and update 2D (and where applicable, 3D) drawings using approved drafting software. Revise drawings in response to design changes, site conditions, and engineering feedback. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and internal guidelines. Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to clarify requirements. Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and document control logs. Support preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion. Assist in reviewing subcontractor and vendor drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications. Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of relevant drafting experience. Strong proficiency in drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD or similar tools). Solid understanding of construction drawings, standards, and coordination requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
