A Semi-Government client for Kafaat is looking for a HR & Capabilities (OD) Expert
Role Overview:We are seeking an expert in Organizational Development to assess and build the Center’s human capital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:Capability Assessment: Evaluate current workforce capabilities and identify gaps. Workforce Planning: Determine future job needs and headcount requirements. Capacity Building: Design plans to upskill employees and build internal capacity. Org Design: Update and optimize the organizational structure. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or Organizational Psychology.10+ years of experience in OD, Talent Management, or HR Consulting. Certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
