Main Responsibilities

Prepare, process, and track Iqama renewals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor and residency regulations.

Draft, review, renew, and manage employee contracts in coordination with HR and management.

Handle all activities on the Muqeem system, including issuance, renewal, exit/re-entry, and final exit processes.

Coordinate with Jawazat and manage related government procedures and documentation.

Manage health insurance administration, including employee addition, deletion, and updates with insurance providers.

Monitor and manage relevant government portals (e.g., Absher, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad), ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure documentation compliance with local laws.

Track expiry dates for iqamas, passports, visas, contracts, and insurance, and take proactive action to avoid penalties.

Liaise with government authorities, insurance companies, and external service providers as required.

Support HR and PRO-related tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
- Supervise Core HR functions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- University-level graduate with internship-level experience or 5-8 years of administrative experience.
- Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
