Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Main Responsibilities
    • Prepare, process, and track Iqama renewals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor and residency regulations.

    • Draft, review, renew, and manage employee contracts in coordination with HR and management.

    • Handle all activities on the Muqeem system, including issuance, renewal, exit/re-entry, and final exit processes.

    • Coordinate with Jawazat and manage related government procedures and documentation.

    • Manage health insurance administration, including employee addition, deletion, and updates with insurance providers.

    • Monitor and manage relevant government portals (e.g., Absher, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad), ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

    • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure documentation compliance with local laws.

    • Track expiry dates for iqamas, passports, visas, contracts, and insurance, and take proactive action to avoid penalties.

    • Liaise with government authorities, insurance companies, and external service providers as required.

    • Support HR and PRO-related tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

    • Supervise Core HR functions.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • University-level graduate with internship-level experience or 5-8 years of administrative experience.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Proactive mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
