???? Position: AI Venture Lead / Head of Artificial Intelligence
We are looking for a highly capable AI professional to lead the creation and development of AI-based products and services from the ground up.
This is a foundational leadership role, not a support or execution-only position. The right candidate will help define what to build, why it matters, and how it becomes a scalable business.
Role Overview
The AI Venture Lead will be responsible for identifying viable AI business opportunities, developing market-ready AI products and services, and leading the technical vision of an AI-focused business unit or company.
This role offers significant autonomy, decision-making authority, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and evaluate commercially viable AI domains and use cases.
•Propose and validate AI product and service ideas based on real market needs.
•Design and build MVPs and evolve them into sellable products.
•Lead the technical development of AI solutions (LLMs, AI agents, APIs).
•Develop custom AI solutions for clients when needed.
•Support sales and client engagements through demos and technical explanations (pre-sales).
•Define and maintain the long-term AI and product roadmap.
•Stay up to date with AI advancements and assess their business relevance.
Required Qualifications
•Strong, hands-on understanding of applied Artificial Intelligence.
•Proven experience working with:
•Large Language Models (LLMs)
•AI Agents
•AI APIs and integrations
•Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
•Product-oriented mindset with a focus on market fit and scalability.
•Prior experience in AI products, SaaS, or applied AI projects (professional or independent).
