As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance and availability.

Responsibilities Operate and support Infrastructure, Systems, Cloud, and M365 platforms Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades Act as L3 support for complex operational issues and CRs Maintain operational documentation and SOPs Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations.

1-3 years of experience in infrastructure operations or IT support roles.
Basic understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
