1. Perform routine troubleshooting to ensure the uninterrupted operation of PM1 and PM2.

2. Monitor and verify stock preparation activities for PM1 & PM2; maintain accurate shift reports and equipment health records.

3. Inspect and receive raw materials, including OCC, NCC, unbleached and bleached kraft pulps, ensuring quality and quantity compliance.

4. Coordinate with service departments to maintain all equipment in optimal working condition.

5. Prepare, update, and track shutdown job lists and equipment health data.

6. Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize breakdowns.

7. Motivate and guide operators, forklift operators, and helpers to achieve WARAQ’s operational and safety objectives.

8. Maintain consistent furniture and stock proportion to support stable production.

9. Monitor and control fresh water consumption to optimize resource utilization.

10. Control backwater utilization in coordination with WWTP, PM1, and PM2 shift-in-charges.

11. Handle production rejects in compliance with MODON regulations and company procedures.

12. Ensure high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.
