About the Role: Jadara Capital (CMA Regulated) is entering a new phase of institutional growth. To support our expanding pipeline, we are separating the Investment Function from Corporate Strategy. We are looking for a hands-on Head of Asset Management to lead the investment division, while the Founder transitions to a strategic Board-level role. This is a high-impact position for a senior professional ready to own the P&L and transition into an Executive Leadership role. The Mission: We need a "Builder" who can execute with speed and precision. Execution: Lead the structuring, legal drafting (T&Cs), and CMA approval process for our pipeline of Private Equity & Real Estate funds. Operations: Oversee the entire lifecycle of live funds (NAV validation, compliance, unitholder reporting) ensuring 100% regulatory adherence. Strategy: Work closely with the Board to structure new products and manage key investor relationships. Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable):Regulatory Status: Valid CME-1 & CME-4 certifications are mandatory. Technical Arabic: Ability to draft, review, and finalize Fund Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) in Arabic independently. (We do not rely on external counsel for standard drafting). Track Record: 7+ years of experience in KSA Asset Management, with a proven history of launching funds from submission to close. Location: Ideally based in Riyadh (with weekly/bi-weekly travel to Dammam HQ) or Dammam. The Offer:Career Trajectory: A direct, performance-based path to Executive Management (C-Level).
