Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Architect (Architectural Supervision) located in Riyadh. The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal discipline teams; reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements; conducting site inspections; identifying and reporting non-conformances; and ensuring works are executed in line with local codes, regulations, and project requirements. The role also supports progress monitoring, reporting, and resolution of site-related technical issues. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Architectural Supervision / Site Execution and construction processes Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and site technical queries Ability to conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality control checks Familiarity with local building codes and regulations (Saudi Arabia preferred) Good coordination skills with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Auto CAD, MS Office; BIM familiarity is a plus)
