Job Title Sales Manager – Wooden Furniture Factory (Hospitality & Office Furniture)
Location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose To lead and develop the sales operations of the factory in order to achieve sustainable growth and increase market share in the hospitality and office furniture sectors, while building long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the sales strategy in line with the factory’s objectives and operational plans. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, corporate clients, developers, contractors, and government entities. Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts. Negotiate with clients and close sales deals effectively. Coordinate closely with production, design, and procurement teams to ensure client requirements are met. Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness. Monitor collections and ensure compliance with payment terms. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in wooden furniture manufacturing or project-based sales. Strong experience in hospitality and office furniture projects. Solid knowledge of the Riyadh market, including contractors, consultants, and hotel operators. Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
