Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage 3D/4D BIM models for civil, structural, and MEP disciplines Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration Generate construction drawings, quantity take-offs, and visual simulations from BIM models Support project planning through 4D sequencing and progress visualization Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client standards Assist in implementing BIM workflows, tools, and training across project teams???? Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination (Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, Civil 3D, etc.) Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level 2 workflows Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in infrastructure or large-scale building projects preferred Transferable Iqama preferred (for candidates already in KSA)????
