Position Title: Senior Microsoft CRM Techno Functional Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft CRM Techno Functional to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring that CRM systems are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Design, customize, and implement CRM modules aligned with business needs. Lead CRM implementation and enhancement initiatives across business units. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems. Provide user training, support, and post-implementation guidance. Prepare functional and technical documentation for CRM solutions. Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness.
Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM. Mandatory experience in the Retail sector, with hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Extensive experience in customizations (Workflows, Plugins, Power Automate). Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Experience in enterprise-level CRM implementations. Knowledge of Azure, integrations, and APIs.
