???? Position: Laboratory Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Eligibility: Saudi Nationals Only
???? Key Responsibilities • Perform laboratory testing in compliance with approved clinical standards • Lead and support CBAHI-related laboratory requirements and readiness • Develop, review, and update laboratory policies, procedures, and protocols • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and infection control standards • Oversee laboratory inventory management, including: • Stock control and periodic stock taking • Monitoring and tracking of expired and near-expiry reagents and consumables • Ensuring proper documentation and reporting • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and quality initiatives • Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement activities

Qualifications & Requirements • Saudi nationality • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or relevant specialty • Valid SCFHS classification • Previous hands-on experience with CBAHI standards and implementation • Strong knowledge of laboratory policies, procedures, and documentation writing • Proven experience in laboratory inventory control and stock management • High attention to detail, strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional healthcare team
