Job Title: Performance Creative Designer Job Type: Full-time Main Objective: Producing high-impact advertising designs (static and animated) to increase sales and achieve marketing goals for four e-commerce stores.
This is a full-time role for a Motion Graphic Designer, based on-site in Riyadh. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics for various projects, including designing and animating visual content, collaborating with the creative team from concept to final production, and ensuring all deliverables align with project goals. The role involves contributing to video production efforts, refining design concepts, and adhering to brand guidelines to create compelling visual campaigns.

Responsibilities & Duties:1. Ad Creatives Design Designing eye-catching ads (Scroll Stoppers) for social media platforms (e.g., Snapchat, Instagram, Tik Tok) in various sizes.2. Motion Graphics Design Transforming designs into short (6-15 seconds) fast-paced promotional videos by professionally animating logos, text, and offers.3. On-Site Assets Development Designing and updating Homepage Sliders and category page banners for the four stores periodically and according to seasons and occasions.4. Advanced Video Editing Assisting the content team in editing complex videos and adding visual effects using software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.5. Visual Identity Management Maintaining the brand identity of each store and ensuring consistency of colors, fonts, and visual elements across all channels.6. Creative Content Development Transforming ideas and scripts into impactful visual concepts in collaboration with the Creative Strategist.
Required Skills & Specifications:Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and animation/editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in producing optimized content for social media platforms, with an understanding of each platform's specifications.
Marketing & Creative Skills:Deep understanding of color psychology, visual composition, and ad copy. Ability to design performance-driven ads focused on increasing conversions.
Personal Attributes:High speed in execution while maintaining quality. Good communication and collaboration skills to work within a creative team. Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
