We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on assigned lines or shift, ensuring adherence to production plans and schedules.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead a small team of operators, assign tasks, provide coaching, and address disciplinary and performance issues as needed.
• Assist with line changeovers, setup, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Collect and review production data, track performance metrics (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle times), and report variances to management.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and product quality issues in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, participate in kaizen activities, and help implement process enhancements.
• Enforce health and safety policies, ensure safe operation of machinery, and lead safety briefings and incident investigations when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring 5S standards are upheld.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline).
• Entrant/trainee-level professional with a strong willingness to learn and develop supervisory skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and computer-based production systems.
• Willingness to work on different shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
