Role Summary
We are looking for a people-first organizer and data storyteller to join our team. The L&D Associate will be the operational backbone of our training programs, bridging the gap between logistics, data, and the human experience. You aren’t just scheduling sessions; you are ensuring every learner feels supported, and you aren’t just tracking numbers; you are measuring the real-world impact of our culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination & Logistics
Own the training calendar: schedule workshops, manage invites, and handle all pre-and post-training communications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience from enrollment to completion.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring course libraries are up-to-date and accessible.
2. Data Analysis & Impact Measurement
'Make sense' of the noise: Aggressively track attendance, completion rates, and feedback scores.
Go beyond the 'happy sheet': Analyze training data to measure behavioral change and ROI (Return on Investment).
Create monthly dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to present trends and insights to leadership.
3. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
Design visually engaging training decks, one-pagers, and learning guides using PowerPoint.
Assist in creating bite-sized e-learning content or job aids that are accessible and empathetic to the learner’s workload.
4. Learner Support & Empathy
Act as the 'ear on the ground,' gathering qualitative feedback from employees to understand their struggles and learning needs.
Follow up with participants post-training to nudge behavioral changes in a supportive, non-intrusive way.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, L&D, or a rigorous Administrative/Coordinator role.
Tech Stack: You are an Excel Wizard (you love clean data) and a PowerPoint Artist (you know how to visually communicate complex ideas).
Soft Skills: You have high emotional intelligence. You understand that 'chasing people for mandatory training' requires a gentle, persuasive touch, not a hammer.
Organization: You possess obsessive attention to detail—a calendar conflict keeps you up at night.
What You’ll Get
Mentorship and exposure to high-level decision-making
Rapid skill development across strategy and execution
A clear path to increased ownership and leadership
Competitive compensation
Real, measurable impact at scale
