costs, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and preparing competitive bids
and proposals. This role is essential in driving cost-effective project planning and successful project acquisition within the construction sector.

• Estimate the cost of construction
  projects by analyzing and interpreting project blueprints, specifications, and
  related documents.
• Calculate and estimate labor
  hourly rates, material costs, and other project expenses to determine overall
  project costs.
• Evaluate and estimate waste
  generated from materials to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost
  efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Tendering
  Manager and other team members to prepare comprehensive and competitive project
  bids and proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends,
  material costs, and industry standards to provide accurate project estimates.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Project
  Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of bidding and
  tendering processes.
• Background in contracting with a
  solid understanding of construction methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in estimating labor
  hourly rates and material costs.
• Excellent analytical and
  mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and
  interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in
  estimating project costs.
