Job Description:
We are seeking an HSE Manager to lead and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental systems for a major industrial project.
Previous experience in desalination plants is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage the project HSE system.
* Ensure contractor compliance with Royal Commission regulations, SWA
requirements, and Saudi Building Code.
* Prepare periodic HSE reports.
* Lead HSE awareness and training programs.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related HSE discirline.
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in HSE management within major projects.
* Proven experience in desalination plants (mandatory).
* EPC project experience or background in desalination, power, or oil & gas sectors is preterred.
* Professional certifications such as
NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are required.
