We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our organization as Chief Risk, Compliance & Governance Officer, leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks across the organization. Lead governance and compliance functions to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. Establish and enhance policies and procedures related to risk, compliance, and governance. Provide regular reports and insights to executive management and the Board on risk and compliance matters. Promote a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization. Coordinate with regulatory and advisory bodies when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 13 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or related GRC roles. Proven leadership experience in developing enterprise GRC frameworks. Strong knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Professional certifications are preferred (such as CGRCP, CISA, CIA, CRMA, ISO 31000, or equivalent).
