Head of Sales – Technology Solutions (Saudi Arabia)
One of our clients, a leading technology solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive commercial growth across its cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation portfolios.
This senior leadership role requires strong expertise in solution-based selling and the ability to scale revenues across enterprise, SME, and public sector clients. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization, define strategic go-to-market initiatives, and position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the overall sales strategy across cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and consulting services.
Lead, mentor, and scale a results-driven sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with global Tier-1 technology partners.
Establish sales KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Drive revenue growth across enterprise, SME, and government sectors.
Manage full sales cycles from pipeline development through negotiation and deal closure.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, promoting digital transformation as a business enabler.
Expand market presence through strategic alliances and partnerships.
Client & Partner Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Collaborate with cloud and technology vendors to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.
Oversee high-quality proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
Sales Operations & Enablement
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.
Work closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role within ICT or technology solutions.
Proven success in selling cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Established network across Saudi Arabias enterprise, SME, and public sector markets.
Strong understanding of solution-based selling and digital transformation initiatives.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
