Job Scope At LVMH, we believe an efficient and resilient supply chain is crucial to delivering luxury experiences—and as our team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Intern to ensure seamless product flow, optimize logistics, and enhance operational efficiency. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory optimization within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Instead of a fixed set of duties, the internship will expose you to different areas of supply chain, with a primary focus on demand planning and logistics, offering a broad learning journey across inventory management, distribution, and operational excellence. Key Focus Areas and Responsibilities Depending on the business needs during your internship, you may support a variety of supply chain projects that include:Demand Planning & Inventory Management Learn the fundamental principles of forecasting demand and optimizing inventory levels to meet market needs. Example tasks may include:Supporting the analysis of sales data and market trends to improve demand forecasts. Assisting in inventory level monitoring and replenishment planning to minimize stockouts and overstock. Helping to optimize warehousing strategies and inventory allocation across different distribution channels. Logistics & Distribution Understand how we manage the efficient movement of products from origin to destination. You may:Assisting in coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments. Supporting the tracking of shipments and ensuring timely delivery, resolving any delays or issues. Helping to analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement See how we continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Projects may involve:Helping to map current supply chain processes and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. Assisting in the implementation of new supply chain technologies or systems. Supporting the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain effectiveness. Supplier & Partner Management Join supply chain colleagues to learn how we collaborate with our partners to ensure reliable and high-quality service. Tasks could include:Supporting the evaluation of supplier performance and adherence to service level agreements. Helping to document and communicate supply chain requirements to partners. Participating in meetings with logistics providers to review performance and plan future strategies. What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications) Saudi National Recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (essential for coordinating with partners and internal teams) Curious, organized, and proactive, with an openness to learning in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), with strong data analysis skills Passionate about delivering excellence and aligned with LVMH values: Be Creative & Innovative – Cultivate Entrepreneurial Spirit – Deliver Excellence – Take Action to Make a Difference.
