We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Overseas) to join our Talent Management team. The role focuses on managing overseas recruitment through approved recruitment agencies and ensuring smooth end-to-end hiring processes to support large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage overseas recruitment activities through approved recruitment agencies to meet workforce requirements. Coordinate with international recruitment offices to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring. Review and shortlist candidates’ profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements and company standards. Oversee overseas recruitment procedures including contracts, visas, medicals, and travel arrangements. Monitor and evaluate recruitment agencies’ performance to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency. Liaise with internal stakeholders to align recruitment plans with operational needs. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and overseas recruitment regulations.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in overseas recruitment or international talent acquisition. Proven experience working with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers. Strong knowledge of overseas hiring processes, visas, and mobilization procedures. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in facility management or manpower-intensive industries is a plus.
