the Role
A leading automotive organization is hiring a Retail and Training
Manager to support its dealer network across KSA. The role focuses on
enhancing showroom performance and building the capability of sales teams
through structured training and ongoing coaching.
Key
Responsibilities
- Support dealer outlets across KSA in delivering sales targets, CSI goals, and high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and conduct sales, product, and soft skills training tailored to the Saudi market.
- Conduct regular dealership visits to observe customer interactions, identify gaps, and coach teams on the floor.
- Ensure adherence to brand retail standards, showroom layout guidelines, and customer journey processes.
- Work with dealer management to roll out performance improvement plans and follow-up on execution.
- Localize training content and tools to reflect market needs, cultural nuances, and new product introductions.
- Measure and report training impact using KPIs such as conversion rates, CSI, and test-drive performance.
- Coordinate with central Sales, Marketing, and HR teams on national campaigns, launches, and capability-building programs.
Requirements- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the automotive industry in KSA, with a focus on retail operations, training, or sales management.
- Strong understanding of KSA customer behaviour and dealer network dynamics.
- Proven track record in training design and delivery, with strong facilitation and coaching capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence dealer principals and sales teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable working with KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must; good command of English is also required.
