Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Requirements:
• High school or diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in optical retail or customer-facing sales.
• Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and basic optical terminology.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations. • English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus)
