System Customization: Develop and customize all modules of the Finastra Fusion Essence platform to meet organizational requirements.
FinTech Solutions: Design and implement advanced technical solutions for Finance and Islamic Banking (IB).
Infrastructure Management: Install, update, and manage performance tuning for IBM WebSphere, IBM BPM, and SAP Crystal Report Server.
Software Development: Leverage J2EE, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and API development (SOAP & RESTful) for robust system builds.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the core lending system and other internal/external organizational systems.
Quality & Performance: Execute rigorous quality and performance testing for all developed applications.
Mentorship: Train and guide the technical team to enhance their skills in modern banking technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in systems development.
Specialization: At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in Finastra Fusion Essence development and customization.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of IBM WebSphere, Oracle PL/SQL, and complex system integrations.
Industry Standards: Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and best practices within the banking and financial sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: * IBM WebSphere Administration.
