You will be the overall technical owner of the Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) system. you woill design how C2M fits into the entire enterprise landscape—ERP, digital channels, payments—while making sure it’s secure, scalable, and compliant.

About the Role

Designs and governs end-to-end C2M architecture. Ensures integration with ERP, customer portals, and payment systems. Makes sure the system meets security, performance, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

End-to-end solution design Owns the full C2M architecture (not just one module) Ensures scalability, performance, and compliance Early validation Reviews functional & non-functional requirements upfront Prevents design issues later in the project System integrations Integrates C2M with:ERP (Oracle/SAP) Digital channels (web, mobile apps) Payment gateways Security & Compliance Ensures PCI DSS compliance (very important for billing & payments) Defines secure data exchange (encryption, secure APIs) Collaboration Works with QA & IT Ops on:NFRs (performance, security, availability) Deployment readiness Architecture governance Maintains architecture documentation Participates in lifecycle reviews & design approvals
Qualifications:Strong CIS / CX background Oracle Utilities C2M, CIS, or related CX platforms
