We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our industrial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to contribute to large-scale, challenging projects within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all construction activities for industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Supervise the daily operations of the construction site, including managing resources, materials, and labor.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with other departments (engineering, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and maintain project schedules and cost estimates.

Manage client and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager in industrial construction projects (only contracting company experience not consultant)

Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Expertise in project management software and construction methodologies.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other industry-standard contracts and practices.

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
