IT Support Officer
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network connectivity, supporting users, and maintaining IT equipment and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including network, Wi-Fi, email, VPN, and system access.
- Support new joiners with device setup and account creation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and conduct routine system checks.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure support.
- knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English and Arabic
