Sales Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and promote our technical products and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned markets or sectors.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing updates.
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales (preferably industrial/products).
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain specifications to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
