Our Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B and Hospitality sectors.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
* Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry contacts, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar senior recruitment role.
* Demonstrable experience and a strong track record of recruiting specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) and/or Hospitality industry is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience recruiting within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market would be a significant advantage.
